Check your access code again.
We suggest checking your access code again to get the latest updated info and using the new info to sign back in. If the updated info still doesn't work, message us immediately so we can fix it as soon as possible and get you right back into your show.

Why does this happen?
Netflix automatically resets the password when any suspicious activity is detected on the account. This can happen for various of reasons such as multiple logins, unauthorized access, logging in from different IP/locations, frequent sign in & sign outs, etc. This is very common error and you don't have to panic. Our dedicated staff team will reset & update the password for you within 15 minutes of your request.

➤ To change Profile Name:
Click here to visit manage profiles page.
● Login if required.
● Select your profile.
● Update to your desired Profile Name.
Note: All profile name changes have to be notified to 72 Digital prior to the change.

➤ To change Profile PIN:
Click here to visit account settings page.
● Login if required.
● Scroll down until you find your Profile Name & click on it.
● Select the option 'Profile Lock'.
● Enter your account password.
● Update to your desired PIN.

You can renew your subscription at any moment. We will also send you a message 48 hours before your subscription expires which should give you enough time to decide if you would like to continue with your plan.

To renew, you will have to message us from the same account and on the same platform you purchased from, confirm the price & payment details and then make the payment and we will renew your profile for you. Renewals reflect instantly on your access code & by renewing you keep your same profile & settings + watch history.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. To keep your same profile, it's settings & watch history, you will need to renew before it's expiry date. Once your subscription fully expires, we will not be able to provide the same profile. However, we can always provide a new one!

Message us! Let us have a look and figure out what happened and we will start working on restoring your profile for you right away!

Simply ignore the message. Click on 'Not Now' and enjoy your content without worrying. It will be renewed as soon as it expires, it doesn't affect your validity and you will not face any interruptions.

Your account may have missed it's renewal cycle. Message us immediately! We will fix it as soon as possible to get you right back into watching your cooking show. Just kidding, we know you love that sitcom where nothing ever happens.
